Tampa, FL--August 2011 FedTechServices (FTS) has announced a winner for the 2011 Insight Video Net Customer Service Feedback Study raffle drawing. Stephen August, an IT Project Manager for local support at the Houston Police Department, has won an iPad 2 for his participation in the 2011 survey. The study was administered over June 15th to July 15th and was sent to police departments all over the country who use Insight Video Net (IVN) software, a video management solution installed in law enforcement vehicles that records and stores data. End users as well as IT professionals were asked to rate the software and their satisfaction with technical support, in order to ascertain the effectiveness of the software. Nearly 300 agencies were provided the opportunity to participate in the nationwide study.

The information gained from the study will help FTS develop a more precise and secure video management solution for police officers, protecting officers and making communities safer. Allen Noble (CTO) thanked all participants of the survey and stated: "we greatly appreciate the feedback you have provided, and your responses have proven vital to our efforts. This invaluable information will be used to compile a comprehensive technical support and upgrade package which will allow customers to receive the highest level of quality service.
