Our successes have crossed a variety of industries that have common needs in network management and security. Clients include telecommunications companies, including digital wireless providers; defense contractors; utility companies; software companies and other consulting companies who specialize in network management and security. Our most formidable challenge also has been our greatest success: developing and implementing network management tools for the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM).

Theater Network Management Architecture (TNMA) has been successfully implemented by USCENTCOM as a state-of-the-art solution to support the fastest, most efficient network communications possible. TNMA is a mission-critical suite of tools that delivers effective enterprise network management while enhancing security of operational networks. It provides a single and consistent view of network status regardless of who is observing, their time, or their location.

In 2010, FTS designed the tactical version of TNMA - TNMA 2.0, which was procured by U.S. Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A). This version is reverse compatible with TNMA and reports back to USCENTCOM, but expands upon the original TNMA capabilities.

We use the FTS Process to take a well-planned, logical approach to Solutions Development. It begins with a business assessment, including analysis of available tools. Solutions are developed that meet objectives while taking into account software and hardware already in place. Gaps in existing architecture and tools are identified and a timeline proposed to implement the solution.

The FTS Process includes installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions. If customization is necessary, FTS provides customization that is integrated with existing systems and operations. After fine tuning to ensure the result meets the client's objectives, we deliver final turnover of a complete, customized solution. Ongoing operations require continued administration to cope with inevitable changes in the environment. Solutions must evolve to sustain continued successful operation. FTS can provide routine maintenance and patches as needed or point releases as new enhancements become available for hardware or software.
