FedTechServices, Inc. (FTS) offers Operator and Administrator training in both Theater Network Management Architecture (TNMA) and Eagle-Scope.

FTS has provided the United States Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A) network operators with over 146 hours of TNMA training prior to their deployment to Afghanistan.

FTS trained both the 422nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion (ESB) from Nevada, and the 228th Tactical Theater Signal Battalion (TTSB) from South Carolina, both of which were the first of their kind to receive practical, hands-on network monitoring experience prior to deployment. The training consisted of three days of formal classes and five days of one-on-one training in TNMA.

FTS conducted a survey at the conclusion of the training asking participants in the exercises for feedback and one lieutenant colonel said that, "the unit will be better prepared to utilize TNMA in theater."

One network operator commented that TNMA "is very effective and should be implemented Army wide."
